The brief

Explaining a hard product to a cautious buyer

Public agencies buying enforcement technology are not browsing. They are checking whether you understand their procurement, their legal exposure and the camera infrastructure they already own, before they will take a call.

The product is software-led and hardware-agnostic — it works with cameras an agency may already have. That distinction is the entire pitch, and it had to survive being read quickly.

What we built

A theme that owns the design, a plugin that owns the content

A custom WordPress theme holding the entire design system — tokens, typography, navigation, light and dark modes, the motion framework — paired with an Elementor plugin carrying the content types and eighteen purpose-built widgets.

The split matters. Editors build pages visually but get content controls only: text, images, links. There is no typography or colour picker anywhere, because every visual decision resolves from the theme's tokens. Nothing an editor can do produces an off-brand page.

The signature

A 5.5MB brand asset, rebuilt in a few kilobytes

The brand asset was an SVG of roughly 199 hairline arcs. Rather than ship it, we reproduced its language parametrically: families of long, nearly-parallel lines that bend and drift like a current, each the sum of three incommensurate sine terms so the field never visibly repeats.

One shared animation loop drives every field on the page at 30fps, skips anything off-screen or on a hidden tab, and writes nothing but path data — no layout, no paint outside the SVG.

What it changed

A rebuild is now an afternoon

The site installs from two archives and builds itself from one button: nine pages, three use cases, five menus and the photography, all as real editable documents.
